Shipping Policy

We offer shipping within the US for most items. Currently, we do not ship outside the US.

Items listed on my website are ready to ship unless otherwise stated (local pickups). Shipping costs are included in the price of each shippable item.

Custom orders will take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on size and quantity. Please message me via the contact page if you'd like a custom order made and I will do my best to work with you and make something you love.

Items are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Due to the current circumstances regarding the Covid-19 Coronavirus, items may be delayed during shipment.

Please stay safe during this time.

Returns and Exchanges

I will accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on a case by case basis. Most custom orders can be returned/exchanged, but personalized ones can not. Please contact me if you have any problems or concerns with your order within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) need to be shipped back within 30 days in the condition it was received.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, PayPal offers to reimburse buyers their return shipping costs (see logo on the right), so be sure to take advantage of that!
Note: You need to activate the "Return Shipping On Us" feature via this link in order to qualify.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sizing Details

I do my best to accurately depict and describe the dimensions of each piece with photos and measurement descriptions. Please refer to individual listings for specific sizes.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom orders are returnable on a case by case basis. Personalized items, however, are not.

Gift Wrapping and Packaging

I offer gift wrapping for a small $1.50 fee and will include a personalized message from you (optional).

Wholesale Availability

At the moment I do not currently have items available for wholesale as each piece is individually made. Please contact me if you'd like multiples of an item made and, while they won't be exact, I will do my best to make them as close as possible in size, shape, and color.

Care instructions

While my pieces are dishwasher safe, its much better to hand wash them.
